The Maryland Emergency Management Agency (MEMA) has a website which provides information about El Nino and how families can prepare for natural emergencies and disasters. Included on their site is a link to FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) for KIDS. Featured there is a coloring book for children and activities to help families plan for emergencies.
