New list for Audio Description

Announcing AUDIODESCL, the list for Audio Description,
intended for discussion about the growing art of Audio
Description, which makes performance and public events
accessible to the blind and those with low vision or
visual impairments.  AUDIODESCL allows describers,
consumers, presenters, and others to opportunity to
explore new techniqeus, share problems and creative
solutions, and to create a network in the international
community now exploring description services.
