Women of Color
Function: A Committee of the President's Commission on Women's Issues, 
          organized to increase effectiveness in identifying, 
          understanding, and addressing issues of importance to women 
          of color; gives annual award for outstanding Women of Color 
          at UMCP; celebrates and honors women through a full week of
          activities during Women's History Month.
