Fiscal year, professional staff position (with continuation contingent on performance and external funding). Responsibilities include providing services related to survey research and program evaluation including interviewing, survey design, database management, collection and statistical analysis of data, report writing, and travel to schools for observations and interviews.

Position requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred, and prior experience designing survey instruments, formatting, analyzing, and coding data using SPSS, managing databases, writing technical reports and conducting interviews. Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills are essential. Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and manage multiple projects and deadlines. Preference will be given to candidates with experience working with public school educators and administrators. Must be able to begin work no later than the beginning of October. Ability to travel normally requiring a valid driver’s license and driver’s license background check. Proposed salary range is $33,000 to $36,000 plus fringe benefits.
