Voltage Follower (non-inverting amplifier with unity gain)

This is the simplest closed-loop operational amplifier configuration. The gain of the circuit is very nearly 1.00. It is useful because its input resistance is very high. It is often used as a buffer between devices to avoid loading errors.

You can vary the slider on the left to change the input voltage. If you attempt to make the output voltage exceed +14 or -14 volts, the output will "saturate".
