OHRP currently does diversity facilitation for various Staff members at the request of various departments and campus units, offers sexual harassment prevention programs, and facilitates intergroup dialogues specifically focused on issues related to staff members. Apart from working with academic unit staff members, we have also worked with Facilities Management, Dining Services, and the University of Maryland Police Department.
