| The Payroll, Human Resources, Time & Attendance System (PHR) at the University of Maryland is a business process re-engineering effort which has successfully integrated the university's payroll and human resource system. The initial phase of PHR successfully replaced the "old" time reporting paper process, the paper driven payroll entry process, and the manual back end entry of data into the "old" Human Resource System. With the exception of required documents, the system is paperless with all business transactions initiating electronically. |
